Design your Own Jewelry with Unique Lampwork Beads!

I have a little secret. I get so much enjoyment out of playing with fire and molten glass that I'd rather make beads than do anything else. Yes, yes, when I first started, I was making finished jewelry, and only took a fused glass class as a way to make a few focal pieces for my strung jewelry. However, once you start melting glass, you are DOOMED (see disclaimer). So, although I certainly can turn my beads into wonderful jewelry, and occasionally do just that, I'd much rather have someone else use my beads to make their own pretties, so I can spend all of my time playing with fire. I have bead sets for sale at several local bead stores, and I'm more than happy to do custom work. Most of my bead sets are 3 or 5 beads, with matching spacers, which could be swarovski crystals, glass beads, metal beads, or whatever I thought would look nice with the beads. Pricing varies, depending on the time it took me to make the beads and the cost of materials. Most of the basic beads I make are between $3 and $5 per bead, which means a set of matched beads runs between $9 and $25. I can certainly make larger sets. If you need 27 green beads with white polka dots, I'll be more than happy to make them for you.
